Terms

The short version: the SeroMail app is licensed to you under Apple's standard app agreement, you use it with your own Google or Microsoft account under their rules, and you agree not to misuse it. These terms cover the SeroMail app and this website.

The app

License

SeroMail is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement sets the scope of your license, the warranty disclaimer, limits on liability and how the license ends. Where these terms and that agreement differ, that agreement wins for the app.

Your mail accounts

SeroMail connects to Google and Microsoft accounts you already hold. Your use of those services stays governed by their terms, and they can change or withdraw the access SeroMail relies on. We do not control that, and SeroMail may stop working for an account if they do.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SeroMail to:

• send spam, phishing or anything unlawful;
• access an account you are not authorized to use, or interfere with anyone else's;
• probe, reverse engineer or circumvent the app beyond what the law allows.

Your data

How the app and this site handle your mail and personal information is set out in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

This website

The waitlist, feature votes and suggestions are offered as they are. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any feature, and we may close the waitlist or change what is on it at any time. Anything you suggest to us you grant us permission to use without obligation.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change matters we will update the date at the top, email the waitlist and tell you in the app. You can stop using SeroMail at any time by removing your accounts and deleting the app. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
